Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Quick Task for Asana Chrome extension. Ravish Kumar ("we") sells and maintains the extension. If you use the extension, you agree to these terms.

The product

The extension creates Asana tasks from text you select in Chrome. The free plan includes 10 tasks a month. The Unlimited plan costs $9 per month and removes this limit.

Your Asana account

You need your own Asana account and personal access token. You are responsible for your account, your token, and the tasks you create. Asana's own terms apply to your use of Asana. We are not affiliated with Asana, Inc.

Payment

Dodo Payments processes payments as the merchant of record. The Unlimited plan renews each month until you cancel. Dodo Payments charges your payment method on each renewal date. Prices include tax.

If we change the price, we will tell you by email before the change applies to your plan.

License key

Your license key is for one person, on up to 2 browsers. Do not share, sell, or publish it. We can see how many Asana accounts use a key, and we can disable a key that breaks this rule without a refund.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. The Refund and Cancellation Policy gives the details.

Acceptable use

Do not use the extension to break the law, to harm a service, or to bypass the free plan limit. Do not copy or resell the extension.

Availability

The extension depends on Chrome, Asana, and Dodo Payments. A change or outage in these services can stop the extension from working. We provide the extension "as is" and do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law does not let us remove.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you continue to use the extension after a change, you accept the new terms.
