Quick Task for AsanaWhat the extension reads
When you press the shortcut, click the icon, or use the right-click menu, it reads the selected text, title, and link of the current tab. If you right-click an image, it reads that image, or a screenshot of the visible part of it. It does not read pages at any other time.
What it stores in your browser
Your Asana token, your license key, your last workspace, project, section, and assignee, your project, section, people, and tag lists, including profile photo links, any unsent draft, and your monthly task count. The task count may sync through your Chrome account. The token does not. Your token and license key are encrypted in your browser.
What it sends
Task text, any image you choose to attach, and your token go to Asana to create the task. Your license key goes to Dodo Payments to check your plan, with a one-way code made from your Asana user ID, so one key cannot be passed around unnoticed. Nothing else is sent.
What it does not do
There are no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no developer server. The developer never receives your token or tasks. Your data is not sold or shared.
Payments
Dodo Payments handles checkout and collects your payment and billing details. The developer can see order details in the Dodo Payments dashboard, such as your email address, but never your full card number.
This website
This website has no analytics and sets no cookies. Cloudflare hosts it at quicktask.ravishxt.com and may log visitor IP addresses and page links for security. The thank-you page can show your license key from its link. The page does not send the key anywhere.
Removing data
Uninstall the extension to delete its local data. Revoke the token in the Asana developer console.
